A block-based platform that teaches Python logic before syntax, in the student's own language. I built the whole thing in Python and Tkinter. Every block label is translated on the front end while the Python underneath never changes.
Open to Summer 2027 SWE internships
I build software that reaches people.
I'm a Computer Science student at UIUC from Gurugram, India, and a research collaborator at EleutherAI. I like problems where good software changes who gets access to something.

I don't have one topic. I've built an education platform, run a library network, worked on AI research and written about coding theory. What ties them together is that each one started with a real problem in front of me.
Before college I spent three years teaching English and basic Python at underfunded local schools. At UIUC I'm treasurer of LeetCode Club and involved with SWE and WCS. Right now I'm looking for software engineering internships for Summer 2027.
Each one started with a real problem in front of me. Every project has a live demo below. Play with it, then open the case study for the full story.

A rotating library for underfunded government schools. Each month every school's batch of books moves on to the next school. I ran it for three years and built the PHP/MySQL system with a Hindi/English UI that tracks every book and every borrower.
I'm part of a team in EleutherAI's Summer of Open AI Research program studying when LLM agents break the rules they're given. I've worked on experiments across twelve models and an LLM-as-judge pipeline, and I'm now training activation probes to catch violations the model never mentions.
At the Wolfram High School Summer Research Program I worked from simple block codes up to Turbo codes, then wrote Wolfram Language encoders and decoders for Hamming, Hadamard, Reed-Muller and convolutional codes. The demo here is a working Hamming code: flip a bit and watch it fix itself.
Built an app that predicts AQI from weather forecasts using a random forest on humidity, pressure, temperature and wind speed.
Led a 7-person team through design, build and programming. Wrote the autonomous and driver-controlled Java code on the FTC SDK.
I secure our funding through UIUC's SORF process, handle member reimbursements, lead a session each month, and I'm organizing a mini hackathon.
